Mrs. Litavish |
Shelley was born in Long Beach, CA but would consider herself a native Coloradan. She recently moved to Erie with her husband and four kids and their cat "Jasper" (who is hands down the BEST cat in the world, mostly because he thinks he's a dog!). She has been accompanying for many years and has worked for numerous soloists, church choirs and worship teams, high school choirs, and was also the principal accompanist for the Evergreen Children's Chorale for 4 years. She studied Piano Performance at the Wheaton Conservatory of Music, graduated from CU Boulder with a BA in Music, then received her certification at Metro State in Elementary Music Education. She taught K-5 music as well as Harmony Road music courses, and has taught private piano and violin for over 25 years. Shelley has also sung in various choirs including the Evergreen Chorale, the Colorado Chorale, and currently sings with the Colorado Repertory Singers. She loves hiking in the mountains, cooking, going to concerts and musicals, attending Flatirons Church with her family, and most recently, taking swing dance lessons with her husband!

Our Program |
Our quickly growing choir program includes six choirs that perform a variety of repertoire throughout the year. We collaborate with our band and orchestra students, our area middle and elementary schools, as well as the other high schools in our district frequently. Our students love to give back to our school and community by sharing their music and volunteering their time.
