SVVSD Honor Choir

Any student, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior may audition for the SVVSD Honor Choir! Audition information is taught in class and posted in Schoology. Below is what you should prepare in addition to the solo!

  • 3 scales (major, harmonic minor, and melodic minor)
  • 4 triads (major, minor, diminished, and augmented)
  • Singing and identifying ascending and descending intervals
  • Melodic sight-reading and rhythmic sight-reading
